Ecologging est un projet de station instrumentée connectée, fiable et évolutive. Une attention particulière a été portée sur la modularité, l'accessibilité, la réparabilité et l'open-source. La station DIY permet d'acquérir des données météo (Pression, Température, Humidité, Vent, Luminosité, Rayonnement) mais aussi humidité du sol, hauteur de nappe, etc. Le microcontrôleur est un arduino Mega associé à une carte SIM7600 et des capteurs choisis pour leur bon rapport coût/performance. https://hal.science/search/index?q=ecologging

panTEannot serially annotates transposable elements from multiple genomes using a common reference library. The annotation is a light version of TEannot from REPET package. These annotations can be used as input for the panREPET tool.
