Ecologging est un projet de station instrumentée connectée, fiable et évolutive. Une attention particulière a été portée sur la modularité, l'accessibilité, la réparabilité et l'open-source. La station DIY permet d'acquérir des données météo (Pression, Température, Humidité, Vent, Luminosité, Rayonnement) mais aussi humidité du sol, hauteur de nappe, etc. Le microcontrôleur est un arduino Mega associé à une carte SIM7600 et des capteurs choisis pour leur bon rapport coût/performance. https://hal.science/hal-05162126v2

A demo-genetic individual-based model for Atlantic salmon populations

The aim of this project is to provide an R package for big integer (and big rational) computations. This is achieved via an C++ interface to the GNU MP ("GMP") library, and S3 classes "bigz", "bigq", etc.
