MineXpert (currently MineXpert3, of the http://www.msxpertsuite.org software collection) is a desktop-oriented program that allows one to visualize mass spectrometric data in their full MS^n depth. Sophisticated mouse-driven mass data integrations are easily performed.

The two libraries of the XpertMass project are libXpertMassCore and libXpertMassGui. The two libraries expose common non-gui and gui functionalities, respectively, that are used by two software pieces of the msXpertSuite organization: MassXpert and MineXpert.
