Missing initial LAI_p

For #7 (closed) , we need to have initial LAI_ptime series (without stress). After checking OptirrigCore code, it is re-calculated at the end of the simulation. So, we have to re-run simulations and check if it is correctly taken into account. If not, create an issue in OptirrigCore to resolve the problem.
