RGPD notice

If I understood correctly, the customer should check a checkbox acknowledging the fact that he read an RGPD notice explaining how the data is being used.

Please specify what this notice should say (in English and in French if the verbiage is not obvious to translate). And please confirm that a checkbox is really needed, and that simply displaying the notice is not sufficient.
