(spatial_combination) s_poly_data corrupted

Stars created object (s_poly_data) not correspond to the initially provided stars object. Here the input object:

The issue are found after resolving #61 (closed).

Maybe the solution is to format poly_data object and use it in array creation instead of s_data. poly_data should be format to have "geometry", "time", and all fields in columns
