Test data availability

For not global datasets sources (e.g. only France), add tests (or stop conditions) to check if requested datasets is available for provided arguments.

TODO:

• Add tests for Info&Sols AWC datasets (use out of France shapefile, etc.)
• Add warning inside functions
• ...
