Implement Info&Sols soil awc retrieval

  • Create create_infosols_soil_awc_database function

This function download soil AWC files per depth class from dataverse and merge them to a stars objet.

  • Add get_soil_awc function to plumber.R

This function filters created object by bbox coordinates and return a reduced stars object
