sim2_daily: handle column selections

Via a fields query argument (values separated by a comma).

Specs:

• Ensure that whatever this argument fields is filled it always return DATE, LAMBX and LAMBY.
• Return an error when the required fields do not exist (with the list of available fields in the response)
