Add links to modification pages on linear sequence when clicking on highlights

On the linear sequence (e.g. on target page), it would be a good UX improvement to be able to click on highlights (e.g. on modifications) to go to a relevant page (e.g. modification page).

To handle the case where several highlights are present where clicked, use a tooltip with links inside instead of a direct link on the highlight.
