Add captions for graphics

Some graphics lack a caption to be easily understood:

• The linear sequence for the colors of the highlighted boxes
• The 2d struct for the color of the modifications
• Maybe the interaction visualisation for boxes (when represented) or modification itself (probably unnecessary because the modification type is known when visualised)
