Limit volumes rules to what is available in Capsis

Inventory volume rules must match rules present in Capsis. .xlsx values must match src/capsis/lib/volume/completeVolumeRules.txt name

If new rules are needed, specify class sizes are 5cm. This is hardcoded in Capsis.

Note to myself, a function to read .txt files with multiple comments at the top might be usefull.
