Missing quality in the Price table

Samsara requires price values for 5 qualities A,B,C,D,T. But in the price table, qualities are given their local name.

When local qualitie do not provide correspondance to the 5 Samsara qualities there can is a bug.

Check qualities and prices in the data file and send a warning to the user and explain how qualities and prices should be informed.
