Rename homepage to about and redirect to search

Automatically direct users to search tool on first page load.

Maybe add other information in about page.

Currently, home page is just some text describing the search tool. You need to click on search tab to use it. This is not user-friendly because it adds a "useless" click every visit. Access to the tool should be simplified to the maximum.
