Improve alerts on group and role requests

Currently, those alerts require a click to be closed. This is not user-friendly and should be improved.

Also, when an error occurs, nothing happens. (console.logs).

To-do's:

• Add a notification manager
• Add toasts where alerts are currently happening
• Add toasts for error handling with explicit messages
