Prepare strict syntax

Version 25 of nextflow will have a lot of new code restrictions.
I made a support to support this transition: Z/Info-Bioinfo/3-bioinfo/Nextflow_NGL/migration_nextflow_24-25.pptx

To prepare the use of v25, several changes is needed in the whole code
