Purge management - In the "mail obsolete project" tab, the "nb run stored" and "project category" columns are wrong

To test, select the space "longterm_get".

• nb run stored = 1 instead of 2 for BETAGALL
• "project category" should be "finished" only when all data from the project has already been purged
