Water price calibration

After applying variable corn prices, the production function has changed

Need to recalibrate the water price in order to obtenir the expected form of the production function. Try it first without PSE ant then see the results with PSE.

Also try water price increasement once cumulative irrigation exceeds 150 mm (See #10 (closed) )
