What is “OptirrigCORE.api” package ?

OptirrigCORE.api is a small R package that turns the core functions of OptirrigCORE into a web service. Built on top of Plumber, it makes it possible to start projects, load configurations, prepare simulation inputs, run irrigation models and retrieve results—all over HTTP instead of inside an R session.

SHiNeMaS is a database with its web interface, dedicated to the management of the history of seed lots and related data like phenotyping, environment and cultural practices. SHiNeMaS is freely available under GNU Affero GPL Licence.
