Analysis of intronSeeker results on real datasets

In order to see the behaviour of intronSeeker on real datasets, an analysis of the results on 7 real datasets take from TSA need tio be performed.

  • Gather the 7 real datasets from TSA and ENA-EBI databases with good statistics
  • Perform an analysis of the results
