analyze ORF / analyze Protein

Input :

• 3 mandatory entries : initial contig fasta, modified contig fasta, contig scoring table
• 1 non mandatory entry : protein fasta

Output :

• modified scoring table

Feature :

• merge the modules : analyzeORF and analyzeProt
• add the fasta protein bank indexing by diamond
• do not modify contig if less than 20% of the length is kept after intron removal
