Add a Jupyter analysis and visualisation when a intron TXT file is produced

Each time a intron TXT file is generated (when introns are found and when some information about them is computed), a Jupyter with consistent visualisation is generated (contigs and alignements metrics, number of found intron candidate, their support in term of split reads number...)
