Edit a complete and exhaustive documentation
Write a documentation as clear as possible on program features, installation... Firstly, a README file will be written and, secondly, all the "help messages" will be properly edited and, finally, all the scripts will be commented. Normalement prévu pour fin janvier 2019 mais repoussé.
