Modification of ORF and Protein alignement analysis

This two modules need to be modificated. First, with a pre-filtering of considered ORFs and alignements according to choosen introns candidates. The analyzeORF module has to genrate only a TXT table with the caracteristics of the better ORF The analyzeProtein module has to give not only Split alignements but also entire alignements
