Add a data integration module

Implements mergeHints module to compare all predicted ORFs, all proteic alignements and introns caracteristics to generate an intron TXT table with all the elements for each candidates and if they are really introns and to generete a Jupyter analysis

• Merging modules output
• Producing of output TXT
• Set defaults criterias to select introns among candidates
