Exhaustive analysis of results on GBS datasets (Ceanhorabditis elegans, Arabidopsis thaliana et Drosophila melanogaster) to find filters and study the impact of abundance model and depth of sequencing on performances.

• Generate A. thaliana and D. melanogaster datasets
• Run alignement analysis jupyter on the three datasets
• Run filters and merging events jupyter on the three datasets
• Perform analysis of results (particularly ORF and proteic alignements) on the three datasets
