Implementation of the QUOIQUE method of incertainty calculation
The QUOIQUE method is described as the CemaM method in Bourgin (2014) and also in Berthier (2005) and is a statistical post-process based on the CDF of the ratio simulated / observed flows for different ranges of simulated flows.
Special case of the influenced flows
One goal here would be to compute an uncertainty (i.e. confidence interval) depending on the simulated and observed flows that are influenced but to be able to compute the uncertainty on naturalized flows.
